In Februry i call Discovery for and AUth number for a dental procedure and asked the consultant will the anaesthetist she confirm its will be paid,a few weeks later i got a bill with an oustanding balance.

My first call for authorization was on the Mon Feb/29/2016 for my surgery with ref no: ********** 091. (consultant has confirmed everything will be covered)

My REF no when I quire payment: ********** 806(when I asked to listen to the call made on the (29/02/2016) was on the 06.04.2016.

And a follow up Ref No: ********** 082

And sent an email to ********** on the 28.04.2016 following up as well.

A month later a consultant got back to me (his name was Norman Ndlela/ ********** saying that they listened to the call and that she did tell me all payments will be covered, then they told me to fill in forms to request a copy of the call and to dispute payment so a panel can discuss the quire. (this was on the 04. May.2016)

I then sent a follow up email on 5/25/2016 with no assistance from Norman.

Then on Wed 5/25/2016 I involved Legalline.

I have logged calls and finally got some assistance with help from my lawyer.

Today i recieved an email stating a whole long procedure, but not admiting there fault and solution and implying basically its my fault(as Dicovery is known for) ,even the though i specifically asked about the cover.
