Claims not paid

Good day

I submitted two claims on 25 November on the Discovery app. On the app it said payout dates were 29 November and 2 December.

I still haven't received the payments.

I did update all my details and confirmed that my banking details are correct on your website as requested on 9 December (Ref ***)

Please advise.
