Claims not paid by Discovery Med Aid

Good day

I’m emailing to Enquire on payments that were not paid to the Du Buisson Bruinnette Kramer for the Pregnancy blood tests as I was advised via Discovery contact center that because the tests were done on the 6th September 2019 and benefits were activated on the 7th September 2019.

I am liable to pay the amount of R3168.80 which I believe the scheme should cover hence the dispute email.
