Claims not paid by Discovery Health

I have had the most horrible experience with Discovery Health, I’ve been given the run around for a claim that I’ve paid cash for since the 2nd March 2022. It’s just been excuse after excuse for the delay in processing my claim and paying me my money. My advice to anyone looking at Medical Aid options is to steer clear of Discovery. What makes matters worse, is that even their management who this claim was escalated to just never got back to me with feedback as promised. I would not be lying if I’ve said that I’ve spoken to two managers and three different call centre agents that promised to call back with feedback but I’ve heard nothing!
