CLAIMS NOT PAID ACCORDING TO WORDING

I sent an email 1/4/2015 to request why my claim was not paid. I spoke to a call centre lady and asked her where in the Keycare plus wording it state that I cannot see 2 different dentists in 6 months time and she could not answer me and confirmed I must send in a complaint because I have read the wording and no where it states that I only can see 1 dentist every 6 months. I want urgent feedback on this as this account now show outstanding on my name. Where do TCF com in here?????<br> <br> I want to see the wording where this states why my claim was not paid.
