CLAIMS NOT PAID

I phoned discovery last year to register my pregnancy and when i went to the Gynecologist in January they didn't pay for my claim and said my maternity started from the 1st of February while i notified them in October 2017. I called discovery several times about this issue and they promised to look into it. Now i have to go for my Gynea's visit this Saturday and my claim is still not paid and i was promised it will be sorted out soon.
