Claims not paid

<p>I have submitted 2 claims from Dec 2015 and Jan 2016 that is still not paid. Tried twice with the App, that did not work. Then sent numerous mails with all the necessary information to process the claim and still nothing. Pay thousands of rands each month and I'm sure if you miss one payment they'll be on you in a flash, just a shame they don't spend the same energy on paying out claims to the clients.</p>
