Claims Not Being Paid - Worse Service

Horrible and stressful .... You expect them to assist you immediately and resolve your issue yet you must call them a number of times and still for them to come back and give u the same answer. I dont know if the people cant understand or just ********.

Discovery needed to pay out a claim to my account to pay a doctor yet they paid the amount short for a procedure done in early October - still waiting - you keep calling them about it they escalate it and you wait for over a week for them to come back and give u the same damn answer.. NOTHING BEING RESOLVED AND JUST KEEP CALLING AND CALLING..BUT if u pay late for your installment they suspend your membership immediately!!!!!!!!!!

I really dont understand.. I have medical aid the doctor needs to be paid yet you are giving me the runaround.
