Claims not being paid out

<p>My little girl went to Hospital to have fillings done 14 May 2015.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to pay the hospital a Co-Payment of R700.00, which they said I can claim back from the medical aid and I had to pay the Anaesthesiast R500.00 as well, which they said I can also claim back. At that point it was a lot of money for us, and still is, so we actually counted on getting the money back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted Discovery and they sent me forms to complete so that they can process my claims, to date (1 July 2016) I have not received one cent back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Discovery medical aid is very expensive, we carried over alot of savings from the previous year as we can't put in a claim to have that money paid back to us, which we feel is really unfair. It seems like all Discovery does is taking money and does not want to pay out claims.</p>
