Claims not being paid

I was in hospital from the 19th of July till the 8th of August. Doctors who saw me whilst in hospital are still not paid due to the running around done by discovery. On the 24 Dr Mthembu submitted a paper claim still his claims aren't yet paid when I call through the call center in told there's missing information. I can't be liable for so much yet I've got medical aid. I was admitted again for a surgery one doctor is not being paid what is happening with discovery. I'm very disappointed and no longer have money to do follow up calls with these claims
