Claims not being paid

I submitted a claim last week and I had to call to follow up. The guy that’s was assisting me said he will call me back he just needs to call my Dr. he never called back

Same thing happened last year when I was claiming back and no one called me, I got tired of calling and given run around. I ended up not getting my claim.

Does this mean I’m not getting this one too?
