Claims incorrectly processed and refunded x6 times
Good day,
Can someone in the claims department please fix all the claim errors on my profile? For some reason all the Occupational Therapy claims get processed against my name and not against the kid's names. I've even re-submitted the claims but still it comes back incorrectly processed and paid.
Please refund me and not the Peadiatrician - same goes for the Speech The******.... If you are not sure what you should do with a claim, call me, you have my cellphone number on the profile and my e-mail address.
What is going on in this department?
