Claims get rejected
Bad, bad oh so bad! I'm on a waiting list for Asthma, whenever I go to my doctor the claim is rejected. I then have to waste airtime and more of my own time getting things sorted. We follow what is said, only to then have Discovery reject the claim even though it's not for Asthma... R2450.00 is what I have to pay for this service and its disgusting to be honest. Discovery, I require a phone call and you will sort this out.
