Claims eventually approved after more than a year

After more than a year, my claims from a sports injury benefit have finally been approved. Unfortunately, the consultants who worked with it initially did not take the necessary time to understand the details of the claim, so it was rejected multiple times without a valid reason.

I finally worked with Samukelisiwe Hlangu, who was very patient throughout a 38-minute call, regardless of my dissatisfaction and with how heated the discussion got (from my end). She found that all the claims were valid indeed, resolved the dispute within a day, and ensured I could be reimbursed for these claims.
