Claims department very unproffesional and unhelpful

<p>Staff members at discovery's claim department is not trained properly and seems to be havinf difficulties speaking to customers. When someone answers the phone it it sounds like they are busy eating and cant speak to you properly, you know its downhill from there.</p> <p> </p>
