Claims delays
I'm a service provider. I have noticed that claims are taking much longer to process. Mistakes with capturing data, errors with PMB authorisations. The delay in claims processing stands out though. In the past claims were mostly captured in 2 days. I'm now waiting at times weeks for a claim to appear or I must resubmit.
