Claims being denied- Please assist

I was a member of discovery medical scheme until 31/12/23 and was hospitalized toward the end of the year, however my hospitalization ended before the medical aid was terminated. For some reason, all of the claims relating to the admission are being declined with the erorr "Medical aid suspended" Please can these claims be reviewed and the claim status updated given that I was still a member when I was discharged from hospital. The claims relate to an admission with authorization number ***6.
