Claims at Discovery

Good day <br> <br> i have been having endless problems getting my claim paid out from Discovery Health medical aid. i have send my claim through to them about 4 to 6 times. tried to call them on their number but then never ending up getting hold of a service consultant. i tried emailing them yet it feels like I'm chatting to a robot. no one give me the desire time of day or proper response.<br> <br> this is very frustrating. i paid the doctor cash as it was cheaper than using my medical savings. in this way i could have done some saving on my medical savings for the year.<br> <br> what can i do i even tried calling them and said it would be processed but i don't have any trust that this is true.<br> <br> very bad service.
