Claims are a headache with no cure

I have been trying unsuccessfully to have my claims processed since 2 January 2019 of which two remain outstanding and i literally c all every day just to be told that a query has been raised. It isnt rocket science and the reasons why they rejected the claims in the first place do not seem valid. I had to drive around to pharmacies to have them call discovery and confirm the information on the claim. I am so so tired.

So here I still am with this headache. Ref no ********** 445, ********** 798, ********** 433, ********** 775 and ********** 860 and numerous others which I dont have the time to record. No one can tell me anything and despite being told daily that someone will call me no one calls. I got told today that there is nothing I can do but wait. there is no progress and there is nothing that can be done if there is no progress with the inquiry. WOW WOW WOW,
