hi Discovery <br> <br> about a week ago i had a complaint about your weak customer service regarding my claim. almost a week later this has not be resolved. after phoning alot of air time out wasted due to no success as no one ever can help.<br> <br> i am still waiting for my claim to be paid back to me. you have promised that the money was paid in by Friday already. yet it is Wednesday and still no money has been paid back to me. <br> <br> is this how you deal with your customers empty promises?
