Claiming to investigate but I haven't heard back in 2 months.

A while ago I wrote a review on HelloPeter about my current issue and Discovery was very fast to let me know they are attenting to the issue and will investigate as to what went wrong for my Medical Scheme not paying out. The last I heard was on the 30 September from someone telling me that they are on it and since then I have just been struggling more and more. Cronic medication and Doctor consultations are also not being paid out. If I had more money I would have just let the issue go but unfortuantly I decided to go with Discovery Medical because apparently they will be there in crisis. But I got the message. No help shall be given.
