Claiming from medical aid
Hi Discovery health
I went to the doctor and they asked me to pay cash and claim it back from medical aid.
I have sent the invoice to you but I haven't got any response as what process I need to follow on order to get the refund.
I tried calling but the person couldn't assist but said I should upload the invoice via the app which I did but no responses whatsoever.
