Claiming always a nightmare with Discovery

I submitted a claim with you. It's still not loaded. When I contact your call center. They tell me claims department works from home so we can't confirm what's going on with the claim. I had issues with you guys a month ago where it took over a month to pay out 3 claims pending since December. Like every single claim we have to wait and complain before it's sorted. Turn around time is 2-3 working days but that never happens. And please don't get someone to call me and tell me they'll escalate the issue and provide feedback is 2-3working days. That's stupid and defeats the purpose of my complaint
