Claimed not reversed from saving and resubmitted a

I contacted discovery medical aid to get authorization for my condition. The lady then called me back about the claim. She said I must go for the appointment n then they will reverse the claim. That was the 22 January. I still called to do a follow up on this but nothing was done. Now this is really bad service. It is now march and it still hasn't been resolved. This needs to be sorted out asap. Thank you. P
