claim that was not paid

My son was Admitted in 2015 for an Operation after he broke his knee. They used *****s to join the broken knee and given a time frame for them to be removed. He was Admitted again in 2016 for the removal of the *****s. To my surprise, Discovery did not pay for this Operation which I do not understand why. I have called your call centre several times and was told that this procedure was paid, I even went to your offices in Sandton and spoke to Nigel Pedayachee who assured me that this will be fully resolved and to date nothing has been done. Is this fair for a patient to be treated like this? Was my son meant to be left with these things so that he can suffer forever? It’s easy for you guys to debit money from my bank account but hard to pay claims.
