CLAIM TAKING FOR EVER!!!!!

Discovery service is a disgrace , i have been trying to claim for my international claims benefit which i was treated over seas for months, and i have been paying hundreds of thousands for my medical bill and also paying my premium for discovery every single month , now im trying to claim from discovery and all they keep on telling me is that it is still in process then they told me that some documents are missing so then i have to fly back overseas again to get the documents from the hospital so i came back and made me have to go in to the walk in center personally just to sort out this problem, the lady that assisted me was HADIYO CHABALALA she promised me that it will just take up to 7-10working days , but it has been a month or so and no feedback from discovery whatsoever!!!!! can discovery please explain this???<br> Really... this is totally unacceptable , especially the service from discovery ... RIDICULOUSLY BAD SERVICE!!!<br> One more thing,, i have been calling thousands hundreds of times to discovery.. same excuse over and over again ... discovery can check on my profile , how many times i enquired about this situation !!!
