Claim still not reprocessed...

I submitted a claim refund request for pr38 DOS 11/12/2017... and since then discovery has made it impossible to reprocess the claim... It was errorneously rejected by the claims department for no procedure-the procedure code is on the claim... after complaining on about this on 22/12/2017 I was advised by Mikella Maio that she would send it to the claims department for reprocessing and that It should be processed by the 27/12/2017... she also confirmed that she would provide feedback on 27/12/2017... I am still waiting for that feedback... and still waiting for the claim to be reprocessed... I want my claim reprocessed... and once again I will complain each and everyday until this is done... highly disappointing service...
