Claim still not processed, nobody answers my calls

I submitted a claim on 29 July. It still has not been processed. I've called Discovery, waited ages to speak to someone. I waited and waited, nobody attended to me all the times I have called. I'm just kept on hold. It is so frustrating. You refer people to your online channels, but the claim is not even there. I need to speak to someone, but you do not answer your phones. This is really not okay and is disappointing and stressful for your members.
