Claim still not processed

I put in a claim on the 27th of January for an upfront payment I had to make when seeing a surgeon. To date this claim has has still not been processed into my account. Last time I spoke to them regarding my claim they also advised that they pay the same rate for a surgeon and GP even though there is a big difference between the two... non the less the refund has still not been processed into my account at the GP rate that they feel is the same as a surgeon
