Claim reversal for second time after dispute agreed to pay

Very unimpressed with claim clawback - even after disputing it and winning the dispute, they clawed it back the second time! No notification to me - have spent hundreds of rands trying to resolve claims that should have been PMB and this ridiculous clawback 3 months after the event
