Claim Rejected for invalid reason

I have always had good service from Discovery but today I experienced what can only be called utter incompetence. I submitted a claim which was rejected because the \Date is not visible"however the date is clearly visible in no less than in 4 difference positions. I feel this is nothing more than some person not being able to think for themselves and exercise their discretion to do what makes perfect sense. I am angered by this poor service. Come on Discovery up your claims teams ability."""
