CLAIM REFUND SINCE FEB 2015, NOT RESOLVED

Discovery Medical pays if you see a Biokinetisis, but they do not pay the service provider, they pay you as the member. On the 4 feb i started seen the Bio, i had to pay him as he is a cash practice and claim the money back.He invoiced me and i submitted my accounts.Discovery came back to me saying he used an invalid ICD code, which he changed and resubmitted,then they came back and said they need an additional External cause code.He added it and they again rejected it,they say its the incorect code.he contacted them, they gave him a code and resubmitted, but again they say its a incorrect code. they then wanted another code put on the invoice. which he did. they rejected it again. today 21.04.2015 he resubmitted it and set it in. when you call, you speak to a new consultant, they promise to help you sort it out. but no body wants to help. they owe me R1000. they quick to take your contributions but when it comes to a refund, no body wants to help me. Do they want me to take a days leave and go and sit at there walk in office to sort this out. who will pay me my days wages, not them!!!!
