Claim payment not yet paid

I contacted the discovery health call centre on 05/12/2017 regarding claim DOS 11/12/2017 PR38; which was supposed to be paid on 01/01/2017 as confirmed by claims department and Mikella Maio however this was not done... Nhlanhla from the call centre confirmed to me that the payment had not yet been released and that she would get more information from her finance department as to when it will get paid... Sadly she has not given me feedback and I’m still waiting to hear when the payment will be released... I have been struggling with discovery processing this claim correctly since 15/12/2017 and getting it paid... I need answers as to when this claim payment will be released so I can receive the payment... Thanks
