Claim payment

Submit claim that they didnt pay out of available savings, they promise will take 3 days to refund. It has been a week and still nothing. There no number to call and follow up on process. Don't understand why I pay medical aid each month and then I can't get my medication from savings and have to pay myself to wait forever to get the claim processed and refunded.
