Claim paid to doctor instead of me

<p>I submitted a claim from my son's paediatrician. The practice is a cash only practice. So naturally I have paid them but after I had submitted my claim to Discovery, I found out that they had paid the money to the paediatrician. I have sent three emails informing them that they made an error, but nobody has responded or called me to rectify it. I even informed them to call the paediatrician to verify what I was saying. Discovery clearly doesn't care. Im really disappointed.</p>
