Claim Paid Cash but payment goes to service provider

<p>Despite the proof of payment provided to claims(at)discovery_dot_co_dot_za the claim amount (not even the full amount) was paid to the Service Provider instead of me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent another email querying this and have tried to call the support desk, however being placed on hold when dialing from a mobile phone is expensive -- VERY EXPENSIVE.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone explain to me how will I get my many back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you,</p>
