CLAIM OUTSTANDING FOR TWO MONTHS

I have had an outstanding claim for the past two months with numerous reference numbers and two visits to their Sandton offices but no payment claim. I have spoken to team leaders and client services and no one seems to know why I have not been paid. Having submitted my bank statements and escalated the matter, queries with their finance departments have no feedback and it seems there is inefficiency regarding internal communication and respecting clients. I am beyond frustrated and shocked at the poor service from Discovery medical aid.
