Claim not paid since December 2019
Claim *** Discovery hasn't paid this claim since December 2019. The physiothe****** wants to hand me over. I have contacted them numerous times but the feedback they provide is that "it's a batch systems issue and they will provide feedback" but I get nothing. It's unacceptable service.
