Claim Not paid, no feedback received at all !!!!

<p>Discovery Health is highly pathetic!!! I cant understand what they have call centres for and people to assist when there is no assistance or feedback received.</p> <p> </p> <p>Apart from waiting hours on the call centre number, you are promised feedback but not even a call, sms or mail to provide feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had called the call centre in December2016 regarding a claim unpaid , continuously calling to get feedback, an agent called back and promised to provide fgeedback within a few days which would have been early Jan , its now Feb and there is no feedback, claim is unpaid as the doctor is sending me the bill to settle. This is highly embarrasing as I ensure all my bills are paid on time and I am highly humilated that I am asked to pay a doctors bill due to discovery nothing handling the claim properly.</p> <p>Highly dissapointing discovery. Step up your attitude and customer, this is not the first time that I experienced this.</p>
