Claim not paid as promised by 3 people from Discovery

After my Hello Peter review last Friday, I got a call back from a lady at Discovery who really couldn't be bothered with my complaint. She basically said well, what else do you want us to do? Your claim has be paid?! Well, 2 working days later I have to call in again, only to be told release date is today 11 April. After being promised by 3 people on Friday that it was done with an immediate clearance on 8 April 2022. Every time I call in, a new call centre agent has a different story to the last one.
