Claim not paid

I had money in my Personal health fund - R1293, that was going to expire on 31 Dec 2025. I then tried to buy medication from Dischem on the 31st. I called Discovery to let them know that I am unable to buy meds and I didn't understand why. I spoke to a lady from Discovery and she confirmed that I have funds and that I should buy using my funds and claim later on. I did that, I bought meds worth R1225 and I paid from my pocket. I later on that day submitted a claim. Claim was accepted but I haven't received my money back. I keep calling and I get told that they will call me back in 2 days but they never call.

I'm not happy. I mean I had plans with my R1200 that I used on the 31st.
