Claim not Paid

I thought my query was sorted out and had good service from Discovery KZNESCALATIONS but unfortunately, my claim was rejected. After being told how much i needed to pay to close SPG which was done and now they refuse to pay so i cannot get my much-needed glasses from Spec-Savers????????? i have been battling with this company for a long while and they just seem to not get their act together. We pay an awful lot money to be on their medical aid scheme and you end up losers but they gain in a big way
