Claim not paid...

I’m so tired of querying about the same claim and not getting the correct information... I contacted the discovery health call centre on 04/01/2018 regarding claim DOS 11/12/2017 PR38; which was supposed to be paid on 01/01/2017 as confirmed by claims department and Mikella Maio however this was not done... Nonhlanhla from the call centre confirmed to me that the payment had not yet been released and that she would get more information from her finance department as to when it will get paid... Sadly she has not given me feedback and I’m still waiting to hear when the payment will be released... I have been struggling with discovery processing this claim correctly since 15/12/2017 and getting it paid... I need answers as to when this claim payment will be released so I can receive the payment... I do not want to be contacted by anyone from discovery because frankly I’m getting tired of the lies and incompetence... I want the claim payment to be released so I can get my refund... I haven’t had any joy since liaising with discovery about this claim... sort this out...
