claim not paid

How do you give a person a supplier to use and not pay their claims the after. Disvovery is still listening to a call that they came back tome and ssaid yes I was given the information I used. My claim is still not paid. Getting irritating sms' s of their supplier????. My name will not be taken to ITC because of your ignorance and underestimating people. It's a month and I'm stillwaiting. Terrible service; disappdisappointed and ashamed. I wonder if my pregnancy will be safe due to the stress that you cause me or has caused me. I haven't went to any doctor for a check up ever since the December incident because you will come back with stories of listening to calls. I'm waiting, I will take this further and this is not a threat but a promise.
