claim not paid 2 months later

My frustration began in October 2015 when I was told that my procedure was not funded by the scheme I was under, I then did my homework and found out that all the schemes did not cover my procedure. I fought back, my particular case was then referred to the 'clinical review board' in the 2nd week of November the feedback was that they would cover my procedure from the Hospital benefit except for one code which would be covered from my MSA. I then asked one of their Executive Relationship Managers who was assistin me during the whole process to clarify the review boards feedback and she confirmed that the would pay for everything from the hospital benefit except for one code. <br> <br> I then set up a date with my surgeon for the procedure, he then told me that he'd require me make the payment upfront as he didn't trust Discovery. I made the payment upfront then he told me that he'd make the claim on my behalf then repay me once they had paid. <br> <br> Two whole months later I've only been paid R7452.20 and I'm still waiting for the rest of the money. I had saved up as I knew that I would need money during my sick leave but I ended up being broke. I want my money. I've been way too patient.
