Claim not honored

I have an ongoing issue, where discovery has not paid out a claim, after calling to find out if the wealth benefit would pay it. I was advised that it would. Now they are disputing the claim because I did not ask if I have any left. they spoke and advised that I could go. I have now been struggling for them to honor the claim, and the costs have been added and fear that the doc will not see my child because of outstanding monies. I have dealt with so many agents and managers with a promise to callback but nothing. Dealt with Chuma and Anele, the names I remember and they hear the call and how I was advised. the last agent I spoke to said all notes were removed. ***
