Claim not being paid

<p>I spent a few days in hospital in December 2015</p> <p>The hospital sent the claim to Discovery. Discovery rejected the claim saying that they needed a DSC Form to be filled in by the doctor. The doctor did this but didn't date the form.</p> <p>The doctor then redid the DSC Form and dated the form and I sent this to Discovery. Discovery have still not paid the hospital.</p> <p>I have resent the hospital invoice and DSC form the *** FOUR times and I have phoned about SIX times. Each time I speak to a person that PROMISES they will get back to me and they never do. Its now June 2016 and the hospital account remains unpaid. </p> <p>I have never experienced a problem like this with Discovery and now I just don't know what to do. In the meantime the hospital are saying that it is my responsiblity to pay them and get the money back from the hospital!!!!!</p>
