Claim nonpayment

i received written confirmation from Discovery that a claim that I had submitted to them would be settled, but only after many emails and calls and finally a complaint on Hellopeter.However,only half the claim was paid. The amount claimed and approved by Discovery was R706-00 and the refund to me was R416-00. I have written four times to Ms Iyer to query this but to date have not even had acknowledgement that my emails were received! So once again it appears that the only way to get a response from Discovery is to go on Hellopeter.It never ceases to amaze me the disdain with which SA company's treat their clients.<br> Kevin Bethlehem<br>
