Claim keeps disappearing

<p>I have submitted a claim numerous times and it keeps on disappearing, and everytime I qeury it , I must resubmit and wait two days, after two days I phone back and the whole process starts all over. This has been going on for two months now.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable Iwant this finalised.</p>
