CLAIM HORROR
I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID, I WAS ADMITTED ON THE 7TH OF OCTOBER AT NETCARE N17 HOSPITAL DUE TO MEDICAL COMPLICATIONS, I WAS DISCHARGED ON THE 10TH, TO MY SURPRISE DISCOVERY IS REFUSING TO PAY 100% OF MY HOSPITAL STAY, AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP ME, I TOLD THEM I WILL BE LOOKING FOR OTHER MEDICAL AID TO JOIN THEY SAID I'M FREE TO GO....

13 Oct 2021, 12:27I now regret joining Discovery medical aid, they don't even care if you cancel your membership or not!!! to them its all about business they give a sh***t about their clients well being, YOH!!! i have never seen such a medical aid that is so inconsiderable....
